India has over 60 million rented properties, yet most landlords still manage them with paper agreements, manual rent collection, and weak tenant verification. We believe every landlord deserves professional tools — without the enterprise price tag.
RentEase is purpose-built for Indian landlords. We handle the complexity of UPI payments, Aadhaar-based KYC, Tamil Nadu–aligned rental agreements, and DPDP Act compliance — so you can focus on growing your portfolio.
Trust and privacy are foundational. Tenant KYC stores only the verified name on our servers; consent is recorded with a timestamp in-app; raw identity data stays with Cashfree Identity's UIDAI-licenced flow. Our Privacy Policy explains what landlords, tenants, unit owners, and association admins can each see. For KYT, each check is ₹100, paid by the landlord or the tenant — per your rules and the app workflow.
We're deepening the product in Tamil Nadu first — a state with millions of rental homes and strong demand in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, and Trichy. That focus lets us ship state-aware templates, local payment behaviour, and regional compliance before we scale the same playbook across India.
The app is available in four languages from day one, so landlords and tenants can use RentEase in the language they prefer.
